All homeowners should have received your statement for the annual assessment by now.  If you have not, please contact Steve Follis at Trent Management at (317) 292-8582 or sfollis@trentmgmt.com and advise him.  The dues have increased to $220 because our expenses have increased.  The Board works diligently to keep our costs down but sometimes an increase is necessary.  The $220 is due on February 1st, and a $50 late fee will be assessed for any payments not received on or before February 15th.   A copy of the 2016 budget, the Board's policy for the collection of unpaid dues, and a newsletter are also included in your mailing.
