All homeowners should have received their packets from Trent Management in mid-September regarding our annual homeowners meeting set October 20th at 6:30 p.m.  Sign-in begins at 6:00 p.m. at Life Church, 2200 Sheridan Road (State Road 38), the same location where our precinct votes.  The meeting will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m.  We encourage ALL homeowners to attend for an update on important matters that the board will address next year as well as elect the board for the coming year.  If you cannot attend, please complete the proxy that was in your packet and either mail to Trent Management (PO Box 781381, Indianapolis, IN 46278), e-mail it to our property manager (sfollis@trentmgmt.com), give it to a neighbor who is attending the meeting, or drop your proxy in the drop box by the message board near the exit to the community.  Hope to see you on the 20th!
