Join the Noblesville Parks Department for an exciting new event—the Family Fun Race! Based on the popular TV show “The Amazing Race,” the competition will feature challenges, pit stops, detours, and intersections. Prizes will be awarded to the winning team and all participants will earn a ribbon. There will be mental challenges, physical challenges, and a lot of fun activities. Teams are encouraged (but not required) to dress in the same color shirts for added flair competition. When registering, each team will need to provide a team name as well as a count of the number of team members participating (infants and toddlers under age 3 will not count as a member but may compete in the race with their family). Bikes, roller skates/blades, or any other form of transportation other than strollers are not allowed. All participants should wear tennis shoes and come prepared to get dirty! All ages are welcome to play, but most challenges require someone over the age of 7. The Family Fun Race is a partnership between the Noblesville Parks Department and Motions, Inc. The race will be held on Saturday, July 10 at 10am at the Dillon Park Events pavilion. The registration fee is $32 per family team, with 4 – 6 contestants in each family. The deadline to register is Friday, July 2. For more information or to register, contact the Parks Department at (317) 770-5750.
