The Morse Pointe covenants and restrictions require any homeowner/resident to obtain approval PRIOR TO commencing any exterior improvements to your home.  This includes painting, roofing, major landscaping, tree addition, play equipment, basketball goal, storage shed, new front door or garage door, or any other project that will modify the exterior of your home.  This DOES NOT include repainting the same color you currently have.  Please don't wait until the day before you want to start your project to apply for architectural approval.  While our management company and Architectural Approval Committee are very efficient, they are allowed up to 30 days to accept or reject any request.  Apply for architectural approval as soon as you know what your project will entail.  Our architectural guidelines are listed elsewhere on this website.
