It is with great pleasure that we announce the board of directors has voted to retain the services of Trent Management to manage our homeowners association effective September 1, 2015.  You may want to check out Trent's website at www.trentmgmt.com.  Our new property manager is Steve Follis, and we know he will bring fresh ideas and a more personal touch to our HOA.  Plan to attend the annual meeting on October 20th and meet Steve.  Please remember that Kirkpatrick Management will continue providing services to the HOA until September 1st.
